I'm Scott Selleck, a real estate advisor with The Selleck Group at KW City Views Realty in Fort Lee, New Jersey. I'm licensed in both New Jersey (License #9236275) and Florida (License #SL3588731), which means I can help clients navigating moves between the Northeast and South Florida, a corridor I know well.

My focus is Northern New Jersey, specifically Bergen and Hudson Counties. I know these towns not just as a real estate professional, but as someone who lives and works here. I know which streets have the best trick-or-treating, which schools have the strongest music programs, and which restaurants are worth the wait on a Friday night.

My Florida license reflects a growing number of clients who are relocating between Northern New Jersey and South Florida, particularly the Boca Raton area in Palm Beach County. This NJ-to-FL corridor is one of the most active relocation paths in the country, and having expertise on both ends means I can provide seamless guidance for the entire journey.
