Jersey City is the second-largest city in New Jersey and one of the most dynamic urban centers in the Northeast. NY Waterway ferries from the Jersey City waterfront offer a scenic commute to Midtown Manhattan. For drivers, the Holland Tunnel provides direct access to Lower Manhattan, though tolls and traffic should be factored into the commute equation.
